It is submitted that the present application was filed on-line during Covid-19 pandemic and was registered as LD-VC-DIST-BA211-2020. It is submitted that at the time of filing of application undertaking was given that hard copy of application would be filed after resumption of physical functioning of the Court. It is submitted that accordingly hard copy of application was supplied which the Registry has treated as independent bail application. 3.
