The impugned order dated 1-10-2014 rejecting the intervention Application of the Petitioner was an interim order. We are informed that the Misc.Appeal No.54 of 2011 has already decided. In the circumstances, inasmuch as the Petition has become infructuous, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Petition. 2.

The Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and to stand disposed of as such. It will be open for the Petitioner to adopt appropriate proceedings to challenge any subsequent orders, if so advised. All the contentions of the parties are kept open.
