This matter has been moved by the Respondents in order to seek clarification to the direction given in order dated 21 February 2024.

By consent both the parties agree that wherever the word "repair" is mentioned in the order dated 21 February 2024 the same should be read as "structural repairs". 3.

As regards the appointment of architect M/s. Nadkarni & Co., is concerned, since the Respondents have some reservation about the said firm been appointed as architect, this Court is ADN

903.WP.470.2020.doc appointing "Parelkar & Dallus" as an architect to take inspection of the structural repairs work, which is required to be carried out in the suit premises.

So also it is clarified that the structural repair work will be carried by Mr.Pradeep Gajaria, (MHADA Certified Engineer). 5.

The order dated 21 February 2024 stands clarified accordingly.
