He has received written instructions through e-mail dated 18th November, 2017. The learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition in accordance with the instructions given by the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner. 2.

The copies of the Death Certificate of the petitioner and e-mail dated 18th November 2017 are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. 3.
