This Applicant has moved the application for withdrawal of amount deposited by the original appellant pursuant to the judgment and order dated 18th November, 2017 passed by the learned Commissioner for Employees' Compensation and Judge, Second Labour Court, Mumbai in Application(WCA)No.323/B58/2013. Heard learned counsel for both the parties.

In view of submissions made by learned counsel for the applicants, applicants are allowed to withdraw 50% of the Rekha Patil
