For the reasons set out in the Civil Application, the delay is condoned and the order dated 29th August, 2017 passed by the learned Registrar dismissing Civil Revision Application for non clearance of the office objections is re-called. The Civil Revision Application is restored to the file.

The learned counsel for the Applicants state that office objections will now be positively cleared within four weeks from today. This statement is accepted. In case, office objections are not Vishal Parekar 1/2
