The learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties submitted that parties have settled their dispute amicably and reduced the same into consent terms. They tendered Consent terms signed by the Appellant, the Respondent and by the respective advocates on record. 2.

The Appellant as well as the Respondent are personally present before the Court. On specific query, they submitted that they have gone through the consent terms and then have signed the same. They prayed for the disposal of appeal in terms of consent terms. Consent terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. Statements and undertakings in the consent terms are accepted. Appeal is disposed of in terms of the consent terms. Decree be drawn up accordingly. Consent terms to form part of the decree. Issuance of certified copy is expedited.
