... Petitioners vs.

Shri. Manoj Ramniklal Shah and anr.

... Respondents Mr. Suresh Sabrad, Advocate for the petitioners. Mr. Surendra R. Yadav, Advocate for respondent No.1. Mr. D. R. More, Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Coram : Smt. R. P. SondurBaldota, J.

Date : 17th February, 2016.

P. C. :

This writ petition challenges the order of issuance of process against the petitioners. Mr. Yadav, the learned advocate appearing for the respondent No.1 states that the petition has become infructuous in view of the fact that the trial Court has already framed charge against the petitioners. The evidence of respondent No.1 has been led, and the matter is pending for crossexamination on behalf of the petitioners. In the circumstances, the petition is disposed off having become infructuous. [Smt. R. P. SondurBaldota, J.]
