An efficacious statutory remedy is available to the petitioners for challenging the impugned order under the provisions of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966. Accordingly, we decline to entertain this petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India. The Petition is accordingly disposed of by keeping the remedy open to the Petitioners. If the Petitioners avail of the remedy within a reasonable time, the concerned authority is bound to note that the present petition was filed on 4th January 2017 and that the same remained pending in this Court by Rajeshwari Subodh Karve Date:
