Heard learned counsel for the parties for some time. It is undisputed that the Petitioners have a remedy against the supplementary bill before the Internal Grievance Redressal Cell (for short "IGRC"). Learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, makes a statement that Petitioner shall approach IGRC within a period of two weeks from today. The statement so made is accepted.

Writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the Petitioner to approach IGRC within two weeks from today. Needless to mention that if the Petitioner approaches IGRC within this period, IGRC shall decide the matter on its own merits and in accordance with law within six weeks thereafter. No coercive steps shall be taken taken against the Petitioner, 1 / 2

911 - WPST. 127-20 pursuant to the supplementary bill dated 25th June, 2019, for a period of eight weeks from today. If the Petitioner fails to approach the IGRC within two weeks, interim relief granted today stall stand vacated without further reference to the Court.
