The learned APP fairly concedes the, only role attributed to the present applicant, a lady 50 years old, is that she pelted stones and been arraigned as accused in the subject crime being a member of unlawful assembly. The learned counsel for the applicant has brought to my notice pre-arrest bail orders passed in favour of the co-accused, namely, Sumit Bhise and Satish Mohite to whom serious role has been attributed. 48-ABA-192020.odt sheet has been fled and custodial interrogation of the applicant is, therefore, not required.

In view of the facts aforesaid, pre-arrest bail is granted to the applicant on following conditions: (i) In the event of arrest of the applicant in Crime No.151 of 2019 registered with Walchandnagar Police Station, Pune, she shall be released on executing PR bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one or more sureties in like amount.

(ii) She shall attend the concerned police station twice a month on 2nd and 4th Monday commencing from 13th January, 2020 from 1 noon to 2 p.m. for the period of three months.

Application is allowed and disposed of.
