We have perused the earlier orders. The last order passed in this petition was in November 2015. There is no interim order operating in this petition. The learned counsel for Respondent No.3 states that charge sheet has already been filed. Considering the fact that FIR sought to be quashed is lodged on 8 September 2014 i.e. seven years ago, that there is no stay and that the charge sheet is filed, we dispose of this writ petition as the Petitioner has remedy of approaching the trial Court for necessary orders.
