This is an application for anticipatory bail in CR No.849 of 2018 registered with Sakinaka Police Station, Mumbai, for offences under Sections 498A, 406, 504, 506(II) r/w 34 of Indian Penal Code. 2.

Learned APP tender copy of order dated 6-11-2020 passed by Division Bench of this Court in Criminal Application (Stamp) No.2131 of 2020. The Division Bench has allowed the said application and quashed the FIR bearing No.849 of 2018 registered with Sakinaka Police Station which had culminated in case No.542/PW/2020 pending before the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate, 66th Court, Andheri.
