None appears on behalf of the Petitioner. Perused the petition. Petitioner is seeking an order of injunction restraining the Respondents from organising the Sawantwadi Mohostav, which was to commence on 23rd December, 2015 at 5.00 p. m. If the event is already over, the principal challenge does not survive. Petitioner is also seeking an order, restraining the Respondents from organising the said Mohostav in future years. So far as this prayer is concerned, 1 / 2

WP. 871-16 petition can be conveniently disposed of reserving the right of the Petitioner to agitate the said issue in the event requisite permissions are not obtained by the organisers of this event. So far as the prayer Clause (b) is concerned, Petitioner is at liberty to make a representation to the concerned authority, and if such a representation is made, the concerned authority shall consider the same in accordance with law. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
