Dr. Mane, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner states that after considering the position, the petitioner would like to withdraw the writ petition, though it is a Public Interest Litigation, with liberty to file an appropriate proceeding.

The writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
