The learned counsel for Respondent No.1, on instructions, makes a statement that Respondent No.1 - Mrs. Sadhana Hemant Tamhankar, who is original complainant, died during pendency of the present Writ Petition. Statement accepted. In view of the aforesaid statement, proceedings in Criminal Case No.4555 of 2002, pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class (A.C. Court), Pune would stand abated. In the light of above, the present Writ Petition stands disposed of as having turned infructuous.
