Though the Respondent is duly served, nobody appeared on behalf of the Respondent, when the matter was called out. This Application is for an order of injunction restraining the Respondent from creating any third party interest in respect of the suit property mentioned in the paragraph No.2 Nesarikar

This Court by order dated 13/01/2014 directed both the parties to maintain status-quo in respect of the suit property. 4.

As nobody appeared on behalf of the Respondent in spite of service and considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the Applicant, following order is passed: (i) Ad-interim order granted by this Court by order dated 13/01/2014 to continue till final hearing and disposal of the First Appeal.
