The affdavit is fled on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 4 thereby seeking permission to withdraw the impugned communication dated 24th March 2022. It is further submitted that the land would be allotted to the petitioner and draft order to that effect also appears to be placed on record.

The petitioner will have to deposit the amount for which the Challan will have to be issued by the respondents. The learned AGP submits that the respondent No.3 is present in the Court.

Considering the affdavittintreply fled and that the impugned communication is withdrawn and the alternate land is allotted to the petitioner, we pass the following order :

ORDER

(i) The respondents shall issue Challan to the petitioner for depositing the amount within one week from today.

(ii) The petitioner will deposit the amount as per the Challan within one week from the issuance of the Challan.

(iii) Thereafter, the respondents shall allot the land to the petitioner free from encumbrances as agreed in the affdavittintreply and the draft order produced along with the affdavit in reply immediately. (iv) All further steps pursuant thereto shall be undertaken by the parties.
