Perused the report dated 27th April, 2016 submitted by the Senior P.I., Dadar Police Station, Mumbai. It is stated that both the appellants viz., Datta Vasant Malvankar and Ashok Vasant Malvankar have expired. The death certificates are annexed to the said report dated 27th April, 2016. The conviction of the appellants is under Section 304, Part - II
