Ms.P.P. Shinde, APP for the Respondent State. --- CORAM : ABHAY M. THIPSAY, J.

DATED : 11th FEBRUARY, 2015 --- P.C. :

Heard.

The learned counsel for the applicant objects on the ground that intervention by a private person for opposing the prayer of bail is uncalled for, and should not be permitted. However, after considering the peculiar facts of this case, I am inclined to allow the Intervention Application by stipulating that the applicant/intervenor shall be allowed to

Tilak 2/2 (4)APPP-2-15 remain present before the Court at the time of hearing of the Bail Application, and make submissions to oppose the grant of bail with the permission of the Court.

Intervention Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and only to the aforesaid extent.
