Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties and learned APP for the State.

Perused the order dated 29.08.2019 and subsequent orders dated 06.11.2019 and 10.12.2019. The Applicant seeks modification of the condition contained in paragraph 15(c) of the order dated 29.08.2019 which states that the detenue i.e. father of the Applicant - Arvindkumar Jain Dhakad shall not leave the city limits of Mumbai without prior permission of this Court and shall appear before this Court on each and every date that the case is adjourned. 3.

The Applicant states that as the detenue requires to travel for business purposes and religious gatherings, the said condition may be

Further in view of the orders dated 06.11.2019 and 10.12.2019, in our opinion, the impugned condition is not unreasonable.
