This is an application for anticipatory bail in connection with C.R.No.210 of 2018, registered with Jogeshwari Police Station, Mumbai, for the offences punishable under Sections 353, 452, 504 and 506 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code. Applicant no.1 is the Vice President of the labour union, namely, Maharashtra Samarth Kamgar Sanghatna and applicant no.2 is a social worker and attached to the said Sanghatna. There was dispute with regards to the emoluments which were accrued to the security guards working in the municipal hospital at Jogeshwari, Mumbai. Complainant and others were abused and obstructed from discharge of duties. It appears that conciliation

rpa 2/2 910-aba-11-19.doc proceedings with regards to the demand of the security guards are pending. Looking into the nature of allegations, custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary. Hence, I pass the following order:

:: O R D E R ::

(i) Anticipatory Bail Application No.11 of 2019, is allowed;

(ii) In the event of arrest of the applicant in connection with C.R.No.210 of 2018, registered with Jogeshwari Police Station, Mumbai, he be released on bail on his furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/-, with one or more sureties in the like amount;

(iii) Applicant shall appear before the investigating officer on 14th, 15th and 16th January,2019, between 11:00 a.m. to 01:00 p.m.;
