The respective Counsel submit that the parties have amicably settled the dispute. The parties are present before the Court. The parties are duly identified by their respective Counsel. That the divorce petition was filed by the Petitioner before the Family Court at Bandra, which was registered as Petition No. A-226 of 2013. The parties have filed the consent terms before the Family Court. Today, the said Consent Terms are filed in the present Writ Petition, which is taken on record and marked as Article "X" for the purpose of identification. The parties to the Consent Terms undertake to abide by the Consent Terms in letter and spirit. In view of the above observations, the Petition is allowed. Rule is made absolute in the above terms. The Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
