The Petitioner's grievance is that pursuant to the communication/notice-cum-order dated 10th March, 1986 issued by the Revenue and Forests Department of the State Government (page 81 of the paper book), no steps were taken on behalf of the State Government. The petitioner's further grievance is that due to the said communication, the petitioner is unable to develop the suit property.

Without expressing any opinion on the grievance of the petitioner, and as the subject matter is the issue Borey 1/2

spb/ 26wp2317-15.odt covered in the departmental reference made under section 33 of the Displaced Persons (Compensation & Rehabilitation) Act, 1954, we observe that the Petitioner is entitled to approach the concerned authority of the Revenue and Forest Department of Government of Maharashtra, Mantralaya, Mumbai, for getting proper clarification and/or inviting the order on the proceedings and/or the application filed by the Petitioner. With this observation, keeping all the issues open, this petition is disposed of.
