This is an application entertained on the basis of request submitted to this Court at the behest of applicant-appellant who is presently lodged in Nashik Central Prison, for the early hearing of appeal. Learned counsel Mr. Sachin Pawar appearing for the appellant submitted that due to the peculiar circumstances, namely, covid-19 pandemic, there was some communication gap between the Applicant and himself and as such the Applicant has made request for the early hearing of appeal directly through prison. Our attention was invited to the order of this Court dated 4th March 2019 in respect of the request for an early hearing of appeal. Considering all these facts, the application is allowed.
