C. :- 1) At the outset, learned A.P.P. on instructions from Mr. Dudde, P.S.I., attached to Uran Police Station submitted that, after completion of investigation of the present crime, police have submitted chargesheet in the Court of J.M.F.C., Uran, Raigad on 07th August, 2015 and the same has been numbered as R.C.C.No.193/2015.

2) In view thereof, the Petitioners are having alternate statutory remedy under the provisions of Cr.P.C. before the trial Court. 3) By reserving the alternate remedy, Petition is disposed off.
