This is an Application for withdrawal of amount of Rs.20,000/- deposited in pursuance of order dated 20th August 2013.

The applicant has filed Affidavit of original complainant on record. The complainant in the said Affidavit has stated that the dispute between the complainant and accused has been amicably resolved and he has received total amount of Rs.1,50,000/- towards full and final settlement of both the cases. 3.

In that view of the matter, the applicant has made out a case for granting permission to withdraw the amount. Hence, the following order is passed:-
