Heard Mr.Ajit Kenjale, learned counsel for the applicant and Ms. Vrushali Kabre, learned counsel for the respondent.

By this Application under section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, the applicant-wife has sought transfer of Marriage Petition No.A-809 of 2014 pending in Family Court at Nagpur to Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai.

Ms.Kabre states that the parties are likely to settle the dispute and she has no objection for transferring the proceedings to Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai, as it

2/2 MCA/ 19/2015 will facilitate the parties in signing Consent Terms.

In view thereof, by consent of the parties, Misc.Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) with no order a to costs. Marriage Petition No.A-809 of 2014 pending in Family Court, Nagpur shall stand transferred to Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai.

All the parties including Family Court, Nagpur shall act on the authenticated copy of this order and shall transmit the R. & P. forthwith.
