After arguing at length, learned counsel for the Petitioner on instruction seeks leave to withdraw the Petition to pursue the grounds raised by him in reply dated 3rd December, 2016 (Exhibit 'RR') filed in reply to the charge-sheet issued against him. With the aforesaid liberty, the Petition is disposed of as withdrawn. 2.

We expect that the Enquiry Committee shall consider and take appropriate decision in regard to the grounds raised in reply to the charge-sheet.
