Heard Mr. Desai, learned Senior counsel for the Petitioners. The Petitioners are having an efficacious remedy of preferring an appeal under section 406 of the Maharashtra Municipal Corporation Act, 1949 Therefore, we decline to entertain this Petition. The Petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the Petitioners to adopt appropriate proceedings. 3.

To enable the Petitioners to do so, no further steps on the basis of the impugned order and notices shall be taken for a period of one month from today.
