Learned Additional Government Pleader on further instructions received from Dr. Ahish Bharati, Assistant Director Commissionerate of Health Services, Maharashtra, who is present in Court, states that the tender conditions shall be revisited. 3.

In view of aforesaid, nothing needs to be adjudicated any further in this Writ Petition which is hereby disposed of in terms of the statement made by the learned Additional Government Pleader.
