2. By this Civil Application, the Applicants/Original Claimants are seeking to restored the First Appeal No. 910/2015 which stood dismissed in view of conditional order dated 24/07/2015 passed by this Court, for non filing of private paper book.

3. The Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that, the Registry of this Court received R&P in the Laxmi 1/2

16 CAF 573-19.doc year 2018 and, thereafter, the Applicant prepared paper book immediately. He submits that paper book is ready and the Applicants undertake to file the same immediately.

4. Considering the submission made by the Learned Counsel for the Applicants and the averments made in Civil Application, I am satisfied that the Applicants have made out a case for allowing this Civil Application. Hence, the following order:

a. First Appeal No. 910/2015 is restored on file for hearing on its own merits.

b. Time to comply the order dated 24/07/2015 is extended till 22/11/2019, failing which, Civil Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.

c. The Applicants to file private paper book on or bofore 22/11/2019, failing which, First Appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.

d. Civil Application disposed of accordingly. e. No order as to costs.
