Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, since the case is of the year 2013, the trial of the petitioner is expedited. The learned Judge to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible and and in any event within 12 months from the date of receipt of this order. The trial Court shall decide the case on its own merits, in accordance with
