Both these appeals are filed by the sole Appellant viz Haibatrao Ganpatrao Shinde. Learned Counsel appearing for the Appellant in both the appeals would submit that parties have amicably settled the dispute out of Court. Hence, the Appellant does not intend to prosecute both the appeals and thus prays for withdrawal. 1/2

Appellant is present in Court, who has been identified by his advocate. Appellant has also agreed that the matter is settled and he does not wish to prosecute both the appeals. 3.
