By this application, the applicant/revision petitioner prays for setting aside of the order dated 27.9.2017 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II) in consequence of which the civil revision application stands rejected for non-removal of office objections. There is also a delay of 64 days in filing the present application, It is further prayed that the applicant may be permitted to remove the office objections.

Having perused the averments made in the application, it is in the interest of justice that the application be allowed. It is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). 3.
The applicant is directed to remove the office objections within a period of three weeks from today failing which the benefit of this order shall not be available to the applicant and the order dated 27.9.2017 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-II) shall stand revived.
