The petitioner's contention is that she had applied for allotment of plot in the year 2013 in 12.5 % scheme. The said application has not been decided nor the petitioner has been allotted any plot, according to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing for the CIDCO submits that in case the application is kept pending, then the CIDCO authorities would take appropriate decision on its own merits.

In the facts, we direct Respondent No.1-CIDCO to take appropriate decision in case petitioner's application for allotment of plot is pending. The CIDCO shall consider the entire record, the earlier proceedings and after considering such record and hearing necessary parties, an appropriate decision shall be taken. The decision shall be

2 wp1258.15.odt communicated to the petitioner as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months from today. It is clarified that we have not expressed any opinion on merits in respect of claim of the petitioner. Writ Petition stands disposed of.
