The contention of the learned Counsel for the Respondents is that R.V. Patil

58 WP.2293.2022 AS.doc the Petitioners are not cooperating in the investigation. The learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that he could not get instructions from the Petitioners.

The Petitioners are challenging the provisional attachment of their accounts.

The Learned Counsel for the Respondents makes a statement that the provisional attachment order had been passed on 01st January, 2020. The earlier attachment made in January 2021, has expired and so fresh attachment has been made on 17th January, 2022. 5.

As the provisional attachment challenged in the present petition, no longer exists and the fresh attachment order is passed on 17th January, 2022, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition. 6.

The Petitioners may challenge the fresh attachment order as may be permissible under law.

Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
