2] Learned APP points out, upon instructions, that the grievance is in relation to certain documents which form part of civil dispute. He also informs that accordingly a report is being filed within a period of two weeks.

3] The petitioner has filed at Exh."C" a Notice of Motion No.166 of 2007 in Suit NO.762 of 2007, where, in para 21 there is

YBG 50-wp-19-15 mention of false and fabricated documents.

4] The petitioner has not attempted to obtain any orders from this Court after filing of this petition in December 2014. Even further developments in civil suit are not brought on record. 5] We find that the grievance of petitioner can be looked into after the judgement of civil court and its findings in relation to alleged fabricated documents.
