The applicants were granted interim protection vide order dated 27th June, 2017. They were directed to report the office of Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Zonal Unit, Mumbai (DRI) on certain dates as stipulated in the said order. 2.

Learned advocate appearing for DRI on instructions submitted that the applicants have complied with the said directions and have reported the DRI as directed by this Court. It is further submitted that the interim order dated 27th June, 2017 was executed as against applicant no.3. It is submitted on instructions that in view of the compliance of the order dated 27th June, 2017, the application can be disposed of with directions that the applicants should co-operate with 1/2

Hence, I pass the following order;

:: ORDER ::

(i) Anticipatory Bail Application No. 8 of 2017 is allowed. (ii) Interim order dated 27th June, 2017 is hereby confirmed. (iii) The applicants are directed to co-operate with the investigation and handover the requisite documents which are called upon by the investigating agency.

(iv) The applicants are further directed to attend DRI as and when called for.
