In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. It is expected that respondent No.1 shall decide the Tenancy Appeal bearing R.T.S. No.359 of 2020, as expeditiously as possible, and preferably, on or before 30/04/2022.

In the event of any unforeseen circumstances, which may create a hurdle in the hearing, the parties would be at liberty to approach this court for extension of time.
