4] Parties got married on 28th April, 2019 and after marriage out of matrimonial discord, Respondent-husband initiated proceedings on the file of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pune, seeking dissolution of marriage on the ground of cruelty. It is claimed that the Applicant is residing at Latur and she will be required to travel a long way to 1/2

33. MCA-53-2022.doc attend the said proceedings at Pune and as such she will suffer financial as well as physical hardship. It is also claimed that Applicant is also not supported financially.

5] Since the contentions in the Application have not been controverted, same stand admitted. The ground of hardship is established by the Applicant.

6] As such, Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) which reads as under:- "b) That this Hon'

ble Court be pleased to pass appropriate order and direction to transfer the Marriage Petition No.1424 of 2021 pending before the Court of Ld. Civil Judge, Senior Division at Pune to Ld. Family Court at Latur on such terms as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper".
