It has been pointed out that, Criminal Application No.4135 of 2007 was inadvertently tagged along with Criminal Application No.32 of 2008 and both the Applications are separate and distinct. On 9th February, 2021, Criminal Application No.32 of 2008, only was on board and Criminal Application No.4135 of 2007 was inadvertently tagged along with it. 1/2

ssm 2 cri.Appln32.08.doc In view thereof, from the cause title of Order dated 9th February, 2021, Criminal Application No.4135 of 2007 is removed. The said Order dated 9th February, 2021 is therefore, confined only to Criminal Application No.32 of 2008.

Criminal Application No.4135 of 2007, be de-tagged from Criminal Application No.32 of 2008 and be placed on final hearing Board as per its own turn.
