The Writ Jurisdiction of this Court is invoked against the order dated 25-11-2014 passed by the Learned Joint Civil Judge , Junior Division, Kalyan, by which order application Exhibit 90 for amendment of the Written Statement came to be rejected.

It is required to be noted that the Suit is at the stage where the final arguments in the suit are being heard. It seems that the arguments of the Plaintiffs are already over and the arguments of the Defendants are to be commenced. It is at the said stage that the instant application for amendment of Written Statement has been filed. The Suit is of the year 1996 and bears Regular Civil Suit No.334 of 1996.

wp-530-15-(20) In my view having regard to the stage at which the Suit is at present as also having regard to the reasons mentioned in the impugned order, no case for interference in the Writ Jurisdiction of this Court is made out. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed.
