The petitioner claims total innocence and to demonstrate it has requested this Court to procure CDR of accused. 2.

After hearing respective counsel we find that the defence cannot be looked into at this stage. It is open to the petitioners to bring it on record at appropriate stage. Hence, keeping all contentions of the petitioners open and without observing anything about it, we dispose of the present matter.
