Respondent No.1 complainant is present in the Court. She accepts the Consent Terms which are recorded in Petition No.A-915/2016 by the Family Court at Bandra. It appears that accordingly the petitioner before this Court has deposited amount of Rs.30 Lakhs with that Court on 15/12/2018.

Complainant appearing before this Court gives affidavit-cumno objection for quashing of FIR. During hearing we find that she is in employment. She is identified by learned counsel for the petitioners and petitioner No.1 both.

In view of joint request we make Rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (b).

It is declared that respondent No.2 can now withdraw the
