Heard. The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that by these Civil Applications, the Applicant is seeking permission to serve the unserved Basavraj G. Patil 1/2

22.497.19-caf.odt Respondents by substituted service under order 5 rule 20 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Civil Applications, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing all the Civil Applications.

Hence, following order is passed:

a.

The Applicant is permitted to serve the unserved Respondents by substituted service under order 5 Rule 20 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 by publication in two leading newspapers one in English and another in vernacular having wide circulation in the locality of the unserved Respondents and file an Affidavit of Service on or before 13.12.2019, failing which the Civil Applications shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court b.

The Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.

No order as to costs.
