We are informed by the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant that the Police have filed "B" summary report. Therefore, this criminal application for quashing of FIR bearing C. R. No. I - 330 of 2015 registered with Tulniz Police Station, Nalasopara East, Mumbai for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 506 of the I.P. Code, has become infructuous.
