The learned APP has placed on record a copy of judgment and order dated 22 February 2023 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Pune in Sessions Case No. 161 of 2016. It appears that by the said order the trial Court has acquitted the present applicant in crime in question and therefore, nothing survives in the present application. The Bail Application is disposed of as infructuous.
