Heard the learned APP for applicant-State. Appeal admit. Action under section 390 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 be initiated.

The respondent herein shall surrender himself before the Special Court (POCSO) at Satara within 4 weeks from today and furnish bail bond in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- and one or more solvent sureties in the like amount. The respondent shall continue to appear before the learned Special Court once in 6 months on the date assigned by the Special Court.

Learned APP to communicate this order to DYSP, Satara forthwith.
