The Petitioner is seeking a simplicitor direction that the Respondent - Education Authorities should decide the proposal regarding approval to the Petitioner's appointment as a Laboratory Assistant. The communication annexed at Exhibit 'E' to the petition states that as long as there is a ban on the recruitment the approval cannot be granted and, therefore, the proposal is filed. Since the Petitioner is not prepared to wait, as far as the Petitioner is concerned, this is a rejection.
